Overview
At novoliber.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date
- The product must be in like-new condition and in its original packaging
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable
- Returns must include all original accessories and manuals
Cancellation
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped
- If cancellation is requested within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued
Return Process
Request a Return
Contact our support team at support@novoliber.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Pack the Product
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. Include the RMA number on the package.
Ship the Product

No quality issue: return shipping costs are shared
- 50% paid by the customer (deducted from refund)
- 50% covered by us

Quality issue / defect:
- 100% of return shipping costs covered by us
Packaging Requirement
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- We strongly recommend keeping the packaging until you are sure you won’t return the item
- If unavailable, replacement packaging can be purchased (approximate cost: £60 depending on region)
Inspection
Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–8 business days after inspection
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if:
- the product is not in like-new condition
- parts are missing
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order on novoliber.com
Free gifts or promotional items cannot be exchanged after delivery.
